During our last committee meeting we discussed the planning application that Cambridge Street Kitchen have submitted for them to open up their garden space to their customers. Local residents contacted us as they are concerned that if it is used for commercial use that due to the architecture of the buildings that it will be very noisy for surrounding buildings. The noise will be greater than the front of the building where there is a wide open road and awnings for the sound to be absorbed. At the request of our members we have submitted a response to the council from PGRA outlining our concerns.
We received notice on 30th October that Westminster council has declined the Cambridge Street Kitchen Planning application.
