So many of you have asked how to volunteer and have offered your services to help during this time. We live in a wonderful community. Aside from just helping your neighbours there are three volunteer routes that you can take.
Volunteer to help the NHS

This is the official NHS volunteer service. You need to apply online and have passed several checks before you are allowed onto their database. If you are over 70 or having to fully self isolate you can still sign up - you duties will be carried out over the phone! Volunteer to help through Westminster Council
Anyone who wants to help should register via the online form.
The Council has received many offers of help from individual and local groups. We have created Westminster Connects to enable people who want to help to let us know and those who need help can request it.
We now have over 1,400 people who have volunteered to help and many organisations which cover the city which are listed on our website.

A group of wonderful people have taken the time to set up a network of volunteers to help locally. Before the council had created their site they were up and running talking to pharmacies and organising prescriptions, shopping etc to be delivered. They have over 300 volunteers and have a local Tatchbrook and Warwick whatsapp and facebook groups.
